I guess everybody has their own thing that they yell into a well 13 April 2026

Our brains are exploding over the fact that that Parts & Labor are back after a 15 year hiatus with a 79-MINUTE, DOUBLE-DRUMMER, DOUBLE ALBUM coming on July 10! They've also announced shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco and NYC with an expanded 6-piece lineup. This has been a near impossible secret to keep and we are SO psyched to finally have the world hear this music. It's a massive rock record with wall to wall noise and anthems and it's going to blow all your minds. preorders are up now and shows are on sale with more to come.

And of course there's still Weezer's 1192 coming for Record Store Day on April 18th! This entire package is astounding and fans are going to freak out. we promise. Also a friendly reminder that there WILL be more of these pressed in the near future so don't pay crazy scalper prices if you can't get your hands on one out of the gates. Digital release coming eventually as well. It's so good. Worth the 34 year wait.

Preorders are shipping shortly for Bach Artillerie LPs and CDs: If you haven't gotten to listen to any of the singles yet, the one features Curt Sydnor and Greg Saunier (Deerhoof) playing the Goldberg canons of J.S. Bach on synth and drums and its WILD. Really a unique and magical record that lands somewhere between Wendy Carlos and Lightning Bolt. grab a copy.

Carla J. Easton's new LP is also available for preorders and shipping out soon. It's perfectly brilliant Scottish guitar pop from Carla, who is also the lead singer of Poster Paints, plays in the touring version of the Vaselines, directed last year's acclaimed documentary on the history of Scottish girl groups and is one of our favorite songwriters.

There's so much more coming. There's so much more to see.
Pigeon Pit on US, UK and EU Tours. Perennial US Summer tour, Savak in Australia!?

Stick around.

Check the cards at the table. Scream softly; you are able 11 February 2026

So, we're putting out a Weezer album and that's pretty wild!

1192 features newly remixed and mastered versions of the studio demos that became the Blue Album - Officially released here for the first time after original Weezer bassist Matt Sharp found the studio tapes and prepared them for this incredible release. It's coming out on limited edition silver vinyl on Record Store Day - 4/18/26 - and will be followed by a wider release this summer. It's amazing and we can't wait for you to hear it.

We also just announced - I Think That I Might Love You - a brand new LP from Glasgow's Carla J. Easton and its a perfect Scottish pop masterpiece. You may know Carla from the Poster Paints record we released a few years back or maybe you've seen her as a member of The Vaselines or heard one of her amazing previous solo records. This time around she's joined by a killer cast of characters including members of Belle & Sebastian, Frightened Rabbit and Hefner performing some of the best songs she's ever written. This one is gonna keep you in love all spring.

Last week we announced a split flexi 7" from The Taxpayers and Ryan Cassata. While they're spread across the country, one of The Taxpayers' home bases is in Minneapolis, and their new track takes aim at the awful situation going down there right now while also raising funds for local residence currently displaced by ICE actions in the Twin Cities. Support the good guys and hear an amazing new track.

Perennial about to tour the UK, US dates coming up for Animal, Surrender!, Pigeon Pit, Perennial and more. I count at least eight other incredible records on the horizon we haven't even had the chance to announce yet. Stick around.

when tomorrow gets here where will yesterday be 7 November 2025

Surprise! There's a brand new Pigeon Pit record! It's called Leash Aggression.

It's their second LP of the year, and it is available everywhere RIGHT NOW! If January's Crazy Arms LP was Pigeon Pit at their most expansive, Leash Aggression streamlines the whole operation - stripped down arrangements reminiscent of some of the earlier records with elevated storytelling and world building. Is this the best one yet? Yeah. it is. We have mail order only color vinyl copies on the EJRC site and bandcamp and odds are they will only last one day. On tour for the rest of the year with much more to come.

Here's what's still new:

Aitis Band - IV: Aitis Band is the macabre and slightly off-kilter project of Melina Ausikaitis(Joan Of Arc), Bobby Burg (Joan Of Arc, Love Of Everything) and visual artist Ray Borchers. Imagine a midnight ride through a haunted house while your best friend whispers gossip in your ear about that kid they heard murdered somebody.

Animal, Surrender! - A Boot For Every Bane: For their second hypnotic journey of an album in as many years, 8 string bassist Peter Kerlin (Sunwatchers, Solar Motel Band) and drummer Rob Smith (Rhyton) added Curt Sydnor on a massive 120 year old pipe organ!) breathing charged and heavy air over their winding instrumentals.

Foot Ox - A Lighthouse With Silver Dog Ears: Foot Ox come out of Portland, OR by way of the sun-bleached Arizona wilderness with twelve tracks of psychedelic desert folk dreams featuring contributions from members of AJJ, Pigeon Pit, Sad Park, La Luz and more. This whole record floats by like a perfect breeze and is filled with haunted little melodies that stick with you for a long long time.

Rye Coalition - Paid In Full: OK. the bad news here is that by the time you are reading this the 7" itself is already sold out. The GOOD news is that you can still listen to and buy both songs and every cent at this point is going towards a good cause. The first new Rye Coalition music in almost 20 years is a tribute to lost titans Steve Albini and Rick Froberg - a Shellac cover and a Drive Like Jehu cover that you just need to hear. All profits from this one are going to Steve's Letters To Santa Charity as well so grab two incredible songs and throw a few dollars in the right direction.

Endless High Five 1 October 2025

We have SO MANY new releases since the last time you heard from us! Old favorites, new bands, shocking reunions - it's all here. Tons of tours as well so click over here and see who's coming to your town!

Look at me, I'm a plane! 27 June 2025

We've been keeping this one a secret for way too long, but we can finally tell you about the first new RYE COALITION recordings in 20 years!! The Paid In Full 7" is a true labor of love - dedicated to Steve Albini and Rick Froberg, this is a tribute to friends and inspirations that loom large in everything that we do. It's also the opportunity for us to work with old friends and a band that has been in our orbit since the day we started. The record features two brilliant covers (Shellac, Drive Like Jehu) pressed on limited vinyl, and each copy is in a unique handmade jacket that's been painted / stamped / taped and numbered. All profits from this project are going to the Letters Charity founded by Steve Albini and Heather Whinna. We are so excited this finally exists.
